We completed 72 sites - 66 homes and 6 nonprofit facilities

 

We had a total of 632 volunteers who worked a total of 4,582 hours

 

We served 123 families/individuals who fell into one or more of the following categories:

 

63% were disabled

71% were over the age of 62

18% were veterans

23% were housholds with children

33% were female head of household

20% were male head of household

 

Work completed included:

 

15 roofs

37 plumbing projects

48 carpentry projects

21 electrical projects

13 landscape/yard cleanup

26 painting projects

6 ramps

21 doors

Call for Artists:

 

Sharing Love

A Benefit for Rebuilding Together Saratoga County

Hosted by Green Conscience Home & Garden

 

We invite artists to submit an original work, maximum size 12” X 12”, maximum value $200, for our Sharing Love exhibition and benefit sale. 

 

Details are as follows:

  • Made from recycled or natural materials
  • Piece must be able to be hung
  • First  100 entries accepted
  • Drop off on Jan 20 & 21 between the hours of 10 am-6 pm
  • Opening bid will be 25% of maximum value with no reserve above opening bid.
  • 50% of the final auction bid will be paid to the artist with remaining 50% going to benefit Rebuilding Together Saratoga County
  • Artwork will be on display for preview Monday January 25th  through Friday February 5th
  • Pieces will be sold via a silent auction on Saturday February 6  from 6 - 8 pm

‘Rebuilding Together Saratoga’ is a non-profit organization that rehabilitates the houses of low-income home owners, particularly those who are elderly or have disabilities, so they may continue to live in warmth, safety and independence.
